GODLESS CONFERENCE COMING TO ST. LOUIS!
Starting Friday July 31, 2015, a three-day Gateway to Reason conference will be held on the campus of Washington University in St. Louis to celebrate comedy, science, politics and philosophy. With a line-up of popular speakers, Gateway to Reason will be an exciting, educational and engaging event for the St. Louis region.
WHO: Some featured speakers for the event are:
- “Brother Sam Singleton—Atheist evangelist”—comedic character
- David Fitzgerald—author, researcher and co-host of The Godless Perverts Story Hour
- Lucien Greaves—Spokesperson for the Satanic Temple
- Rebecca Vitsmun—Member of the Humanist Disaster Recovery Teams, Foundation Beyond Belief (https://foundationbeyondbelief.org/hdrteams)

WHERE: Washington University in St. Louis Danforth Campus in the Laboratory Sciences Building, Arts & Sciences Lab Science 100 [Jerzewiak Family Auditorium] Building 57 on the campus map. Washington University is located west of Forest Park off Skinker Ave. The venue is conveniently located on the Metro Blue line and the stop is the Big Bend Station or Skinker Station.
WHEN: Friday, July 31st at 1:00 pm through Sunday, August 2nd at 6:00pm
WHY: The conference is more than just realizing the society, world and Universe is a bigger, brighter and more amazing place than all the make believe ideas. The conference allows people to make connections and do something more than just wishing things would change. When we stand together at events like this it gives a voice to people like us to the public and encourages others to stand up for who they are. That is what makes atheist and non-believers so exciting is that we don’t have a dogma to guide us but our own logic and reason.
