They demonstrate against Supreme Court decision on birth control, health insurance

The protest, organized by Steve Ahlquist, president of The Humanists of Rhode Island, follows last Monday’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling in favor of Hobby Lobby. The case, Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby stores, decided on a 5-to-4 split, allows some family-owned companies with religious objections to opt out of the Affordable Care Act’s requirement that employer-provided health insurance offer coverage for birth control.
