The Northeast Florida Coalition of Reason is an affiliate of the United Coalition of Reason. The organizations shown below have joined together to form this local coalition to raise the visibility of non-religious persons in our area and to promote cooperation among the individual groups.

The First Coast Freethought Society (FCFS) is a group of freethinkers dedicated to promoting science and reason over dogma, faith, and belief in the supernatural. Our purpose is to serve the needs of the nonreligious population of Northeast Florida, promoting secular humanism, and a non-theistic outlook and approach to everyday life.
The Jacksonville Atheists Meetup (JAM) was established as a safe haven for Jacksonville area atheists to come together and be among like minded people.

North Florida Atheists is a group established to help promote atheism in a positive light, protecting the rights of separation of church and state, necessary activism in our area, and as well as social meetings. We started this group to create a secular movement in our area, attempting to bring together people who share the same passion and desire to get out in the community, through activism, protests, advertising, charity and other means necessary.
Officially affiliated with the American Atheists, Foundation Beyond Belief, Secular Coalition of America, and Be Secular. Working together to bring a better future.

Secular Saint Augustine is a community for all those who see reason, not revelation, as the path to knowledge: atheists, secular humanists, and other nontheists. We get together monthly for rational and challenging discussions on any number of topics, including science, ethics, and issues of current importance.
Simple conversation can become a great learning experience when participants truly try to understand each other's points of view and encourage every person to contribute. We also try to remain respectful of all people.
As the group grows we will plan other social and community service activities.
