Godless Billboard Goes Up in Louisville in Time for State Fair

"Don't believe in God? You are not alone."

These words are part of a prominent billboard in Louisville, Kentucky, on I-65 at Phillips Lane, on the right side of the road and visible to southbound traffic. Situated near the airport and the Kentucky Exposition Center, it will be seen by visitors to the Kentucky State Fair, since it will remain up through August 28. The 14' x 48' billboard features the words superimposed over an image of a blue sky and fluffy clouds. It was placed by the Louisville Coalition of Reason (Louisville CoR) with $4,100 in funding from the United Coalition of Reason (United CoR)... [ MORE ]

UnitedCoR Joins Critique of Census Bureau

Godless Ads Now on Fayetteville Buses

"Are you good without God? Millions are."

Ozark Regional Transit buses bearing these words are the latest part of a prominent atheist ad campaign in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The words appear on bus ads now on the sides and rear of four buses, constituting 12 ads in all. These, together with a 10 x 40 foot billboard that went up last week on the I-540 bypass less than half a mile south of Wagon Wheel Road, are broadcasting the message of the Northwest Arkansas Coalition of Reason (NWA CoR)... St. Augustine's Godless Billboard Mysteriously Damaged

(St. Augustine, April 13, 2010) A billboard on the West side of US Hwy. 1 that reads, "Don't Believe in God? You Are Not Alone," has suffered major damage. These words are part of prominent bus ads and a billboard now on the road in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The bus ads appear on the sides and rear of four Ozark Regional Transit buses, constituting 12 ads in all. Godless Billboards Appearing in NE Florida

These words are part of prominent billboards that will go up Thursday in Jacksonville and St. Augustine. The one for Jacksonville is 10'x32' and will be located in the Bellair-Meadowbrook Terrace area on the north side of Blanding Blvd. (SR 21) just west of Parkwood Dr., facing north. For the St. Augustine area, the billboard is 12'x40' and will be located in St. Augustine South on the west side of the Dixie Highway (U.S. Hwy. 1), almost a mile south of SR 312, facing south... Godless Ads to Appear on Detroit Area Buses Tomorrow

"Don't believe in God? You are not alone."

These words are part of a coordinated multi-organizational advertising campaign designed to raise awareness about people who don't believe in a god. The King and Queen size ads proclaiming this message will appear tomorrow on the outsides of a dozen buses traveling throughout the Detroit area as far north as Pontiac and Auburn Hills, as far west as Walled Lake, as far east as Troy and as far south as downtown Detroit. Two More Godless Billboards Vandalized

With just one week to go in its four-week billboard campaign, the Sacramento Area Coalition of Reason had two more of its ten billboards vandalized over the weekend. The one on the west side of Roseville Road, just north of Longview Drive, visible to southbound traffic passing McClellan Air Force Base, had nearly all of its vinyl torn off by vandals, revealing most of the previous billboard underneath. And the one on the west side of Auburn Blvd., nearby just south of Myrtle, also facing north, had "Christ Loves U" spray painted roughly in the lower right-hand corner... [ MORE ]

On the St. Petersburg-Clearwater side the billboard is along Ulmerton Road just east of U.S. Hwy. 19, viewable by eastbound traffic heading toward the airport.
